
QHHT: Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a hypnosis technique developed by Dolores Cannon. It has been used to find answers, insights and healing.
QHHT: What is it?
Pioneered by hypnotist Dolores Cannon, QHHT allows the client to enter a deep level of relaxation (or ‘hypnosis’) - a natural state which we experience twice daily: just before falling asleep, and just after waking up.
In this state of deep relaxation, clients are guided through several past lives, or other soul experiences, to access information, adventures and memories. This takes the form of a gentle ‘dialogue’ between me and you.
This is a method of bypassing the conscious mind, to access the deep and timeless knowledge which resides inside each of us, for healing and transformation. All that is required is a willingness to be open, and a detachment as to the outcome.
Speaking with the Higher Self
An aspect of QHHT, which distinguishes it from other hypnotherapy or so-called past life regression, is that encompasses accessing the Higher Self, or 'the Subconscious'. Others refer to it as the 'universal consciousness', ‘oversoul’, or ‘universal mind’.
This is always present within every one of us, and often speaks to us via dreams, intuition or 'gut feeling'. However, the distractions of everyday life can cause us to miss (or doubt) these signs.
Our Higher Self knows everything about us. It is full of love and wisdom, and cares for our wellbeing.
Messages from the body: QHHT and Healing
As we speak to the Higher Self, we may ask it about any health conditions you may have.
Often, health issues are messages from our bodies that an area in our life is imbalanced. Once we understand the message our bodies are trying to convey, a release can occur.
Sometimes, we are born with certain conditions to teach us particular lessons. Other times, ailments may be the result of blockages or stagnation, which can be healed once the underlying blockage is cleared.
Every life has a lesson and a purpose
Each experience that the soul has had (including those from other ‘lives’) has a lesson and a purpose. Sometimes, our unexplained fears, traumas, phobias or testing relationships can be carried over from a past lifetime, during which we did not fully master the lesson being taught.
QHHT can allow an individual to identify these, see the bigger picture, to understand and move forward from any unwanted patterns.

Before Your Session
Write a list of questions
To shape the direction of the session, and to be able to ask questions to your subconscious (or ‘higher self’), you may wish to prepare a short list of questions that you want to explore. These can be a few issues you are experiencing at present or be broader questions about your life.
Remain detached and open
QHHT can be effective regardless of culture, spiritual or religious belief, or background. The best mindset to have is one of being ‘the observer’ of your own session in order to experience and observe it
Rest, eat and meditate
Avoid alcohol the night before your session. Avoid or reduce caffeine on the day of your session. Try to be well-rested in the lead-up. If you usually meditate, you may wish to do so beforehand to clear your mind.
You may wish to eat a snack immediately afterwards to ground yourself.
Quiet your conscious mind
During the session, your mind may try to analyse what you are seeing: “I must have read this in a book or seen this in a movie”, “I am imagining this”.
While we cannot stop these thoughts, we suspend them to allow the experience to take place without interrupting the flow of information.
Simply allow yourself to go with the experience, whatever may arise.

During Your Session
Part 1: Getting to know you
We begin with a casual chat, lasting up to an hour. This will enable me to understand why you are seeking a session. I may ask questions, but otherwise will simply listen so I can understand. If you are unfamiliar with QHHT, I can explain how a session might normally go.
We will also discuss your list of questions, if you have one.
Part 2: Guided relaxation
We will then begin a guided relaxation (or ‘hypnotherapy’), lasting up to 1.5-2 hours.
This begins with an induction, to deeply relax you and switch off your conscious mind. We will then be shown the most appropriate (‘past’) lives for you to see, as determined by your ‘higher self’, not me!), or other ‘experiences’ your soul may have had (other ‘galaxies’ or ‘dimensions’).
What you are shown can provide insights or answers.
Part 3: Debrief and conversation
I will bring you out of relaxation, and we will debrief about what occurred if you feel like talking.
Afterwards: Listen to the recording
The hypnotherapy part of the session (Part 2 only) will be recorded, and an audio recording provided to you to keep.
Listening can reinforce insights, messages, and healing received.
In the days following the session, you may feel sensitive or tired than usual. Take it easy for several days, while you integrate the session.
Ensure you eat and drink well, and keep your schedule light. Avoid consciousness-altering substances and try to get plenty of rest.
